What you think about raiding? What you think of our raiding? What we could possible to do diffrent?

Im quite new to raidin kara with u guys ,but i can say few things
first of all i think we've got great spirit as a group .it's good to have
ppl with good sence of humour with us keeping the spirit up.
+we dont have no cry babies or other angrivating moaners ruining
our mood Raid leader is doing good job. she's calm and knows
what to do/when to do/where to do and our team follows the lead
with no questioning or doubts
roll system is definetly plus ,no problems with that
we've got powerfull team as long as each of us does they're jobs
we rock!

improvements i can think of (in my oppinion) is:
-better gear for the weaker geared ofc.
-timing. i've come to understand that timing is very important
not that we have bad timing just that it's something allways worth practising
-this is important. everyone new (including me) should read these
forums about raiding and learn boss tactics and be sure to have
omen ,vent and deadly boss add's potions food + everything ready
cuz it seems there is allways someone missing something of these
-and last but not least experience ,getting to know everyones playing
and working even better as a team. so that everything comes more naturally
improving our timing and everything else we can think of

overall i think we're raiding good lots of fun and action
that's about it STAY HEAVY!

Fitst at all i will agree with meanbone points. We just remeber to keep up the good spirit, raiding should be fun after all:)

First part of kara is going rather well atm and we can take curator without problems. And last week we get down Aran also. But when we get aran also in to "farm" status that will mean that all easy bossed are down. There is still nightbane, illhoof, and neathersprite and prince. while non of them are not impossible to our gear they will still need lots of practice.

As you have seen we really need to more practice on Illhoof. DPS get that macro for those demon chains they have to take down and fast.. And that means F'#¤#" fast I or papitar will tell you when it was done fast enoght.

Make sure you have installed ventrillon there is great info how that is done.(thanks again pinkspartan) Remember to sign in to raid. Make sure you have all healing, mana and buffing potions+food with you. Dont dare to come without them since its damn close to insult if all others have spent lots of money and time to buy/farm them. READ THE FORUMS AND EVEN BETTER TELL US WHAT U ARE THINKING.
