Time: Raid time will be telled on guild message and signup will be made throught the forums. Later we can use calendar or wowraidar to signup.
Dont be late, all of us should be standing next to Karazhan meeting stone BEFORE raid time (10-15min) with all needed reagents and potions. Make sure you have repaired your gear and you have enought ammo's and soulshards.
Raid will last 2h - 3h unless we are in middle of boss fight. Raid leader will look after time.

Talking: We will use ventrilon (Thanks Pink). The chat is not used by all then raiders, you can always ask things etc, but mainly the raidleader uses it for instructions.

wipe: Yep sometimes it happens. And when we wipe that means everybody start to run back to your body. We dont start to wait for ress because it will take lots of time to rezz up 10 people. This just ensure that raid is moving. Thrust me. And NO we dont use ankhs or SS if wipe happpens. They will be saved to ress you in bossbattle. But if someone dies in boss/thrass mobs fight then ress. Absolutely. But remember to start running always.

Potions/buff food: EVERYONE: 10 healing potions + 10 manapotions for mana users (minium).

Hunter	+20agi food, elixirs of major agility + Elixir of Major Mageblood if u want
Priest	+44healing food, elixirs of greater healing + Elixirs of Draenic Wisdom
Rogue	+20agi food, elixirs of major agility
Warlock	+23spell damage food, Elixir of Major Shadow Power + Elixirs of Draenic Wisdom
Warrior	Stamina buff food, Elixir of Major Defense
Mage	+23spell damage food, Elixir of Major Firepower/frost+Elixirs of Draenic Wisdom
Paladin	+44healing food, elixirs of greater healing + Elixirs of Draenic Wisdom"(Holy)

AND mana users but Superior Mana Oil on weapons or Superior Wizard Oil if u are dps caster.
These are just guide lines so use potions that suits best for your spec. AND you can skip potions and use flask instead.

Khaen and Lumiturkki are master cooks and can make food for you so go collect meat and send it them. Cheaper than bought it from AH.

LOOT: Whee!! Boss is down what next? YOU DONT GO TO LOOT THAT YET! Master looter will do that. Then he will link drops on raid chat
and will say now we roll for this and those who need that will roll for it. After rolling is done you will loot those badges.

GOALS: Phenomenals is going to casual guild so we do 1-2 raid per week. I want everyone to realise that Kara is not yet under "farm" status so if we get first bosses down that is great. We are doing this for fun not for work HC guilds are different things... I have been on one so i know what "Beginning of End game" mean, but that is different story and i will tell you that someday. Rushing too fast ahead in this position kill people's inspiration for raid.

Ok people, some lookover where we are.

Karazhan is going good, we progress and learn more bosses. We have succesfully killed Huntsman, Moroes, Maiden, Opera (all the 3 choices), Curator, Aran and Chess event. So we are gonna next train and learn the following bosses; Illhoof, Prince and Nightbane. Terestian Illhoof is really good boss to learn how you need to change your targets and also boss will learn us to listen (what raidleader says and what the actual boss says).

Now we have done loads of recruitings and more people is coming, which is really great. We are really near of our second Kara group, just couple healers (active) join to guild and need more activity on raiddays. Ranged DPS is also needed badly. And as guildmaster I like to say, that it is great that some people are prepared (food and potions) for raids and they are coming early enought to online. Sadly I have noticed, that even people are interested of raiding, there ain't any signup's on forums (But this is going to better way now, thanks) and if you are coming 45 mins late, raid normally have already started. We don't want let 9 people to wait for one man.

We will also have 'suprise raidday' once in month. Time is same as usual 19.00 pm server time. We will have one kara group which will take something down from Kara. Later when our gear is better, this suprise raid will go to Zul'Aman or Gruul.

So, our raiding days are tuesday and wednesday. When doing wednesday's raid, Kara is reseted and we can get 'new' people to Kara, who haven't raided with Phenomenals so much yet (or at all). Tuesday's raid is more progressing raid, we are then trying hard to get forward with this Kara runs.

My own dream is that on raid's we could down following bosses in following days in future:
